Pilates Reformer

Dual-Directional Pulleys
To ensure smooth carriage movement, the entire reformer is equipped with high-quality noise-reducing pulleys Vertical and horizontal dual-directional pulleys secure the sliding path, ensuring noise-free and smoother gliding during use, as well as enhanced durability.
Piano Wire Spring - 100KG
For advanced practitioners of Pilates, strong resistance springs can better activate muscles. Using six piano wire springs simultaneously provides a tension of up to 100kg, meeting higher training intensity requirements, effectively activating muscles, and achieving better training results.
Headrest & Shoulder Rest

Returned products are first assessed, you will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions for return it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

I received a faulty item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will be happy to help you replace or refund your money if the product you purchased is faulty. Significantly different from the description shown If it is faulty and not easy to fix or replace. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind or choosing the wrong size. I purchased a single PL-500 Reformer while doing my Instructor training. Once I completed my qualifications, I purchased another 2. They arrive almost fully assembled (minimal assembly). They are high quality and durable products and easy for my clients to use and adjust. I was also impressed with the extras that were included in the bundle, making them extremely affordable for a studio set up. The customer service at Alphago was also great - very responsive and helpful. Once I extend my space I will definitely be adding more of the PL-500 to my studio.

I recently received my reformer and I couldn't be happier. The quality is 100% studio quality at a fraction of the cost. The customer service is like nothing I have ever experienced in my life. I was nervous to purchase this product online but Amy was so patient with me during my research and was happy to answer the 2 million questions I had before I committed. If you're in two minds about purchasing from Alphago do yourself a favor and commit, you won't regret it. Very happy customer here. Extra shout-out to Amy for her beyond excellent customer service, she is an asset to the company. The after sales service is just as good. Definitely recommend..

This reformer is wonderful for us - we have 3 family members doing clinical pilates and the cost, even with private health was insane. We still have programs and will be reviewed quarterly by physios, but in between can continue our program at home. It was easy to put together - the hardest part was getting it out of the crate!

I love my new Pilates reformer! I pre-ordered the machine and was given an estimated delivery date, which was met exactly as promised. The quality is excellent, with smooth and quiet runners. Set up was super easy, with most of the machine already preassembled. A big thank you to Andrew at the Carrara showroom for his friendly and exceptional customer service.
