DESCRIPTIONS

Cable Crossover machine is designed for resistance training and allows users to perform a variety of cable exercises targeting different muscle groups, particularly those in upper body.
- Pulleys and Cables: This machine has adjustable pulleys attached to cables, which can be set at 11 levels heights and positions. These pulleys enable users to perform exercises from different angles, providing a versatile workout
- Weight Stacks: This machine comes with 75kg Concrete weight stacks on each side. These stacks are connected to the cables, allowing users to select and adjust the amount of resistance for your exercises.
- Handles and Attachments: This machine has A Pair of Metal Handles and Triceps Rope as its attachments. So that you can grasp or attach to different body parts for various exercises. This allows for a wide range of movements and workout variations.
- Adjustable Height: The height of the pulleys is adjustable by 15cm each level, accommodating you of different heights and allowing for exercises at various angles.
- Frame and Structure: This machine is built with 2mm thickness frame to support the pulley system and withstand the resistance provided by the weight stacks.
