Pilates Reformer

Dual-Directional Pulleys
To ensure smooth carriage movement, the entire reformer is equipped with high-quality noise-reducing pulleys Vertical and horizontal dual-directional pulleys secure the sliding path, ensuring noise-free and smoother gliding during use, as well as enhanced durability.
Adjustable Foot Bar
Our six-angle adjustable foot bar provides versatile positioning to support a wide range of exercises and accommodate various needs. This adjustability allows for optimal alignment and engagement of muscles, enhancing the effectiveness and safety of workouts.
Adjustable Settings
To ensure user-friendly operation of the Pilates reformer, the Sliding Carriage and the Spring Gear Settings are designed to be adjustable. The Adjustable pin is able to adjust the sliding distance from 46cm to 70cm.
Piano Wire Spring - 100KG
For advanced practitioners of Pilates, strong resistance springs can better activate muscles. Using six piano wire springs simultaneously provides a tension of up to 100kg, meeting higher training intensity requirements, effectively activating muscles, and achieving better training results.

Returned products are first assessed, you will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions for return it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

I received a faulty item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will be happy to help you replace or refund your money if the product you purchased is faulty. Significantly different from the description shown If it is faulty and not easy to fix or replace. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind or choosing the wrong size. The sales team were very helpful in answering all my questions. I picked up from Brisbane store, and was assisted loading into my car. Be aware these are packages in plywood shipping crates and check the shipping size and dimensions.
This machine is solid and heavy, recommend two persons to set up safely.
You need to remove the carriage and head rest to remove the plastic wrapping. You also need to be aware of how to set up yourself as there are no instructions.
Overall build seems fairly high quality, almost commercial spec.
Cons: my concerns are the structural integrity of the shoulder rests and the upholstery may wear down after time. The wooden parts are not solid but made from a higher quality particle board.
Pros: highly adjustable, 6 springs and 2 rows of spring positions. Foot bar is adjustable to 5 positions and goes totally flat, head rest has 3 positions, stopper can be adjusted to 5/6 positions. Shoulder rests have 2 positions. Carriage moves smoothly for a folding reformer. Straps are strong and plush, plastic pulleys work very well so far
I’ve put it though it’s paces and performs well, overall I think it’s a good buy and great value for money for a home setting. The pros outweigh the cons, I hope to get a good few years before having to repair or replace parts.

I purchased this from the Gold Coast store, and Andrew was very professional in introducing the product to me. He even arranged for the delivery to my home almost the next day (bought it on Saturday, received it on Monday). After opening the package, I encountered a few minor issues, but Andrew promptly resolved them. Highly recommend!
